It is so much harder to use than the tom toms / garmin products. Volume is poor, got it on full volume and still struggle to hear it, where as the garmin I use on volume 2 out of 5. Unit freezes constantly. Features are hard to use and require in depth menus. Routing can take 5 minutes and doesn't like to route from a side road or from a building. Very poor software.
