Gateway Expands European Presence Through Tesco Stores |

 Gateway has announced the availability of its product line-up in Tesco stores for the first time in Eastern Europe. Countries such as Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia can get hold of the products.
“We are very pleased that Tesco, one of the world’s premier retailers has selected Gateway as their PC launch partner for stores in Eastern Europe,” said Bob Davidson, senior vice president, worldwide retail. “Tesco’s selection of Gateway illustrates our proven strength and commitment to the retail channel. We’ve experienced great success with Tesco in the UK, and we look forward to replicating that success in Eastern Europe and beyond.”
Gateway products have gone down well in the UK, and the company expects the product line to be well received by customers throughout Eastern Europe. Gateway will also provide service and support to customers in Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia through its existing European call center, further leveraging its established presence in Europe.
