Medion have announced the 6615 PC, a high-specification, high performance multimedia desktop PC based on the latest Intel Core 2 Quad technology and featuring Windows Vista Home Premium edition. Priced at £579 including VAT, it will be available in Tesco Extra and Tesco Homeplus stores nationwide and also online at Tesco Direct.
The Medion 6615 PC centres on Intels latest Core 2 Quad Q6660 2.4GHz chip. With four execution cores and the NVIDIA GeForce 8600GT DirectX 10 graphics card with DVI-I connector and HDMI port (with HDCP decoding).
The PC also comes with Medions triple TV tuner, incorporating Freeview DVB-T, DVB-S Satellite and analogue TV tuner card with MCE remote control, high definition eight channel surround sound audio on board and dual-layer multi-format DVD re-writer. It comes with a keyboard and mouse as well as an integrated 8-in1 front memory card reader.

Medions 6615 PC comes bundled with Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium edition and Tesco software, Tesco Easy Record, Tesco Internet Security, Tesco PhotoRestyler, Tesco Complete Office, Tesco Personal Finance and Tesco PhotoBook.
