SKY Electronics and Intel Unveiles its new eXPeditor Students Education PCSKY Electronics and Intel has unveiled its new eXPeditor Students Education PC, built on Intel Pentium Dual Core E2180 2.0 GHZ Processor and NVIDIA's GeForce 7100 motherboard GPU, at the Inter-School Technology Quiz Competition held at Indian High School Dubai.

Sky Electronics and Intel were also sponsors of the educational event. The Students Education PC, built on Intel Pentium Dual Core E2180 2.0 GHZ Processor and NVIDIA's GeForce 7100 motherboard GPU, has a ‘Back to School' promotional offer for students to take advantage of.

'SKY is proud to be associated with an event which promotes technology education and helps students understand the role technology plays in their lives. Tech Challenge 2008 provided us the perfect platform to launch the eXPeditor Students Education PC, which was specifically built to provide optimized performance for the educational, computational and entertainment needs of students,' said Mr. Manoj Thacker, Managing Director, SKY Electronics.

'We employed NVIDIA's GeForce 7 series motherboard which is designed to support a wide range of Intel processors including Celeron, Pentium, Core 2 family and upcoming 45nm Intel Penryn. This ensures that upgradability is not an issue for students opting for the eXPeditor Education PCs,' he added.

The new eXpeditor Students Education PC features Intel Pentium Dual Core E2180 2.0GHZ Processor, NVIDIA GeForce 7100 motherboard GPU, NVIDIA nForce 630i media and communications, DDR2 1GB RAM 160GB HDD DVDRW, Genuine Windows Vista Home Premium and Asus 17' LCD Monitor VW171D .
