Get Wii FitWii Fit as you may already know, is a new exercise game for the Wii that launches on the 25th April at Gamestation stores nationwide. It's essentially designed to get you and your family up on your feet and moving, Wii Fit combines fitness with fun by using the all-new ‘Wii Balance Board’.

The Wii Balance Board has been created exclusively for the Wii console and is it does look a load fun and should be simple to use if you can balance that it is. It’s also pressure sensitive as well as wireless, so it should easily goes on the floor in front of your TV.

Helpful tutorials are provided throughout the game by a personal on-screen fitness trainer who is on hand to offer encouragement and set improvement goals for you and your family. Allowing up to 8 people to monitor their progress and performance at any one time, you can calculate their BMI and measure the center of their bodily balance to establish their Wii Fit Age.

With 4 training categories including Aerobic Exercises, Muscle Workouts, Yoga and Balance Games, Wii Fit should help to improve your body balance and control, burn fat, tone and increase aerobic stamina.

With an array of activities including the likes of Hula Hoop, Ski Jump, Press-up Challenge, Rhythm Boxing, Rowing Squat, Lunges and Yoga, there should be loads to get stuck into.

Wii Fit costs £69.99 and is available to buy from over 240 Gamestation stores nationwide as well as online at www.gamestation.co.uk.
