Clever Stuff - provider of storage and entertainment solutions - have launched the Disgo Video, a pocket-sized digital video camcorder for quick and simple shooting and sharing of videos on the go.
Weighing no more than a mobile phone and with just three buttons for one-touch recording, instant playback on the LCD screen and deleting, it is marketed as the easiest video camcorder in the world.
Powered by two AA batteries, Disgo Video boasts a large 2 inch colour screen and built-in speaker. It includes a removable 1GB SD memory card, allowing for more than 60 minutes of continuous video recording.
Disgo Video connects seamlessly to a TV, via a TV cable included with the product.
Also it does not require any software installation or video editing knowledge. Video clips are automatically saved into a standard video format (AVI). These can then be easily transferred to a PC, using a USB cable (provided) and uploaded onto video sharing sites such as YouTube or personal web pages. They can also be burned onto a CD or DVD disc.
Disgo Video Features:
- Automatically adjusts exposure and colour balance
- Shoots in VGA quality (640 x 480 pixels)
- Includes USB and TV cables
- External memory can be upgraded to a 2GB SD or MMC card giving users even more shooting time
- Video editing software is included with the product
The Disgo Video camera at under £40 will be available nationwide this weekend. It will be sold exclusively from Currys.digital shops on the high street, Currys superstores, PC World and online from dixons.co.uk, currys.co.uk and pcworld.co.uk
