Spark 360 is a brilliant app that allows Android owners to keep track of their Xbox Live profiles. Its rare to see such an App outside Windows Phone 7 and we have to say we prefer this to Microsoft's own solution. As well as being able to keep track of your Gamerscore, you can also receive and send messages to your Xbox Live Friends (though you will need a Gold membership). Additionally you can receive friend and message notifications, plus there is even a currency convertor for Microsoft points.
In Use
What we like about Spark 360 is the presentation and ease of which we can access our current games and achievements. After setting you your Xbox Live credentials within the App you can then instantly see what messages you have outstanding or quickly view your gamer rep and score.
Clicking on the Games Played option will also list all of your games. Selecting one of these titles results in your achievements being displayed (all of which are presented in colourful icons, along with descriptions). This feature is ideal as you can see what achievements you have done so far and what you need to get next.
Widgets
As well as the main app interface you can add Widgets to your home screen. These Gamercard widgets can be either 2x2 or 3x3 in size and they simply display your Gamerpicture, along with your Gamerscore and recently played games.
Avatars
Whilst it displays your Avatars you can't as yet edit these on your handset, we are not sure if this will be possible in future releases or if Microsoft limits the option to only their official handheld devices, but its the only minor grumble we have, in what is generally a great app!
