LINDY have launched its new USB Transfer Cable for Vista, that is designed to provide users with an easy way to transfer data from their XP PC to a Vista PC or between two Vista PCs.
The LINDY USB Transfer Cable works in conjunction with Vista’s Windows Easy Transfer software to make it easy for the user to transfer data and settings to another computer. It is particularly useful for an XP user who has purchased a new Vista machine.
By simply connecting the two machines by the transfer cable, via available USB 2.0 ports, the user can transfer all of their important settings, data and files quickly and easily, without the time consuming process of burning CDs or DVDs, copying to Flash Drives or the need to setup a network connection.
The benefits of using the USB Transfer Cable for Vista include:
- Works automatically with Vista’s built-in ‘Windows Easy Transfer’ software.
- Allows connection between an XP PC and a Vista PC, or between two Vista PCs
- Much neater, more convenient solution than using CDs, DVDs, Flash
Drives or external hard drives to transfer data
- Quick and easy to setup and use; allows you to transfer:
- User accounts
- Files and Folders
- Email messages, settings and contacts
- Photos, music and videos
- Program data, files and settings
- Internet settings
- Compatible with Windows XP and Vista
The LINDY USB Transfer Cable for Vista part no 42951 is available now, RRP £19.99
