Alienware has introduced the most powerful 15.4-inch notebook into the marketplace - the Area-51 m15x, which is armed with a range of Intel Core 2 Duo or Core 2 Extreme mobile processors including the new 45nm Intel Core 2 Extreme X9000 and the world’s fastest notebook GPU, the NVIDIA GeForce 8800M GTX
Based on Intel’s new 45nm technology, the Intel Core 2 Extreme X9000 couples the world’s highest mobile processor performance with improved thermal management, enabling the processor to deliver high-end desktop performance while maintaining a practical duration of battery life.
The dual-core processor features 6MB of shared L2 cache and an 800MHz front side bus to make short work of today’s high-impact entertainment demands.
