 ASUS Eee PC range has got a lot of good press and acclaim from the punters with its focus on providing the most comprehensive computing experience based on the three Es: Easy to Learn, Work, Play; Excellent Internet Experiences; and Exceptional Portability.
Since its launch in early November 07 the Eee PC has sold over 1 million units globally . It was voted as "The Most Wanted Christmas Gift" by American Amazon.com and Cnet. It has also won the prestigious award at the International CES Innovations Design and Engineering Awards for 2008.
Now the ASUS Eee has added a new member to its range dubbed the ASUS Eee PC 900.
It offers several updates and improvements. The screen size has been increased from 7" to 8.9"; the ram size from 512mb to 1GB and support for larger hard disks of up to 20GB.
All the new models are Windows ready and come with a built in webcam (1.3m pixel), 4GB of SSD and a battery life of 3.5hrs. Finally, the weight stays below 1kg making it easier for transporting.
The next generation - ASUS Eee PC 900 - will launch in the UK market on 01 May 2008 (Price approx £330).
