The recently developed tri-plex penthouse apartment, built by “Esquire” magazine, overlooks Central Park in New York City and is worth more than $10 million.
Esquire North is being touted as the ultimate bachelor pad by some – however, the irony is the apartment contains more technology innovations than singles.
Inside the building is a variety of Intel devices including plasma screen TVs where gamers can play simulated Formula 1 games powered by the company’s quad core processors.
The complex also houses a surround system that uses Viiv processor technology and features a pair of speakers valued at $150,000 due to their artistic appeal.
The interior of the building was designed by numerous labels including Versace, Hugo Boss and Louis Vuitton and is expected to host various fundraising events in the coming years.
