MSI Adds HDMI To Its Motherboards PDF Print

MSI have launched a whole new series of products based on the AMD 690G/V chipset. The new motherboard range includes the MSI K9AGM2-FIH and K9AGM2-F/L on a micro-ATX platform, and the MSI K9AG Neo-F ATX motherboards based on the AMD 690V chipset. The MSI K9AGM2-FIH takes the lead with the world’s first HDMI ready motherboard, whilst the MSI K9AG Neo-F will be the entry level solution for AM2 ATX platform. MSI K9AG Neo2-Digital is set to be the first ATX 690G motherboard with HDMI and DVI on board.

The K9AGM2-FIH based on AMD 690G chipset is the world’s first motherboard with built in HDMI interface and HDCP decoder. This provides the user dual video output with HDMI and D-Sub connector onboard.

The HDMI interface can provide the user with video resolution up to 1920*1080 (1080i) HD video output, the resolution depends on the driver, and output LCD TVs/monitors specifications.
