 After several years developing a series of POD products Scandyna (founded in 1977) focussed on the current requirements of consumers; a full range of products were made available for HI-FI, MP3 portable and computers. Scandyna UK now adds the new Micropod SE Active speaker and The Drop Loudspeakers to their range.
Micropod SE Active - ‘High fidelity’ for computers and MP3 players
- With a built in active amplifier, the Micropod SE Active is curvy, colourful and compact. The Micropod SE Active series are speakers for your small MP3 player or computer.
- The Active SE unit incorporates a high grade amplifier which supplies its kevlar bass/midrange unit and soft dome tweeter with crisp sound.
- Available in 6 vibrant colours: Black, White, Blue, Red, Silver and Yellow.
The Drop Loudspeakers
- Their design helps produce a range of sounds with versatility. The Drop speakers can be positioned on rubber or metal sound isolating spikes, wall-mounted or ceiling hung with our new patented wall hanging cable, hence its name ‘The Drop’.
- The sound of the drop is produced by upgrading the best of the Scandyna’s award winning technology and incorporating this in a cabinet that inspires.
- With a selection of 6 powerful and with four different ways to position your speaker, you can get almost limitless options to choose from to secure a space for ‘The Drop’.
The Micropod SE Active speakers and The Drop Loudspeakers are available at an estimated retail price of £199 and £549 Inc VAT respectively from authorised resellers, retailers and via mail order. Wall and ceiling mount options are available.
