The highly-successful Acer Value line, offers a full line up of displays ranging from 17” to 24” Widescreen, they are now joined by two new widescreen models, the 22” AL2216W and the 26” AL2616W, providing an ideal solutions required for multi-tasking and image precision, the intelligent 22” widescreen display supports the latest operation systems which require high definition pixel per inch for specialised professional applications.

The 22” AL2216W is the essence of compact productivity, offering large screen performance within a compact slim design. Supporting an aspect ratio of 16:10 media lovers and professionals can view multiple applications on simultaneously on-screen the AL2216W also supports the Windows Vista browsing features and toolbars for enhanced user experience and productivity. In addition, the AL2216W is complemented by the wide viewing angle of 170° and optimal pixel per inch of 95 (PPI), response time of 5ms and a contrast ratio of 700:1 plus 300 cd/m² brightness

The AL2616W offers a 26” Widescreen display, with the latest PVA panel technology for a contrast ratio of 1000:1, wide viewing angle of 178° and 500 cd/m² brightness.

The AL2616W supports a native resolution of 1920 x 1200 WUXGA and 88.7 pixel per inch (PPI) taking full advantage of the latest financial and engineering applications. 

Both models are available in high-quality silver and black finishes adding the right touch of style to both the home and professional work environment. Acer shall also up-grade both the 22” and 26” widescreen models with High digital content protection interface (HDCP) with HDTV (1080p) support during the last quarter of 2006. 

Acer LCD monitors come with a three year carry-in warranty.
