Fix your LCD's stuck pixel with a damp cloth! PDF Print

Let me have a look at my LCD screen a sec - pause - nope I am lucky as my LCD is free from the dreaded stuck/dead pixel problem.

So what is a stuck/dead pixel? Well if you look at your screen you should notice an even spread of colour accross the viewable area, a dead pixel will look out of place because its colour has turned black, if this is the case there is no chance of fixing it, however for those stuck pixels you can repair them -showing up as red, green or blue.

The link at the bottom shows you how to repair these stuck pixels using a damp cloth, however I can't vouch if this works as I don't have an LCD with a stuck pixel to try it.

Oh and the author mentions that it may void your warranty if you attempt the fix so be careful people.
