With three new XGA models (1024 x 768) each boasting an attractive price/performance ratio, ViewSonic has expanded its award-winning range of projectors.
The projectors PJ758 (£529), PJ759 (£675) and PJ760 (£879) feature brightness levels of 2200, 2700 and 3200 lumens respectively and employ the latest 3LCD technology for razor sharp images and lifelike colours.
Beyond their impressive image quality, all three models bestow users with easy setup and operation, customisation, maintenance, colour calibration and security features.
Together, this sums up to one of the best value for money ratios in their class. They each come with a three-year onsite warranty and a one-year warranty for the lamp which is among the best in the industry.
Set-up and Operation
The user-friendly designed projectors offer high level of colour enhancement and video filter technologies to produce smooth and accurate images and videos. Their built-in short-throw lens, automatic digital keystone correction and zoom function should make them very versatile and allow the projection even at small distances of less than one meter onwards.
In the Eco mode the projectors UHB lamp lasts around 3000 hrs, with a very low noise level of just 29db and with the help of a new heat dissipation technology you can just unplug the projector from the power supply without having to wait for the projector to cool down.
Furthermore the lamps and filters can easily be replaced from the top and side and not from the bottom of the projector - thereby saving time and money during maintenance works.
Connectivity
2 x analogue PC-VGA inputs allow connection of two computers simultaneously. Besides separate inputs for composite, s-video and component signals you also find an extra VGA-out connector, which allows the user to see the projected image simultaneously on an external display.
Security
These models are also equipped with a range of security features. Besides basic functions like PIN code protection and a solid security bar the PJ7xx series come with a new innovative security feature which memorises the projector position once installed and locks the projector automatically should anybody change the position.
Customization
To provide even more convenience these models are equipped with features such as customisable start-up screens and remote buttons that can be individually defined, plus the storage of four customised projection settings.
