APC Launches Four New Accessories |

APC - part of the Power and Cooling Services business unit of Schneider Electric - has announced an expansion of its mobile solutions with the introduction of the USB 2.0 Travel Hub, Travel Mouse, USB Battery Extender and Retractable Cables.
“Mobile users continue to seek more ways to stay connected while travelling and conducting business on the go,” said Dave Johnson, senior vice president, Home and Business Networks, APC-MGE. “Lightweight and portable, APC’s new accessories such as the USB 2.0 Travel Hub and USB Travel Mouse give mobile users more options for staying productive and accessible.”
Features of the new devices
- APC USB 2.0 Travel Hub, 4 ports – offers mobile users four additional USB ports in a compact portable design for connecting multiple USB devices. Supports hi-speed data transmission, up to 480Mbps. Currently available, the APC USB 2.0 Travel Hub carries an estimated resale price of £12.49.
- APC Travel Mouse, Wired, Optical 1000dpi. Small and compact with a retractable cable. Currently available, the APC Travel Mouse carries an estimated resale price of £9.99.
- APC USB Battery Extender – provides inexpensive portable power solutions for mobile devices. The APC USB Battery Extender supplies power from AAA batteries via a USB port to any mobile device that can be powered using a USB charging cable (sold separately), like mobile phones, iPods, PDAs and more. Currently available, the APC USB Battery Extender carries an estimated resale price of £7.49.
- APC Retractable Cables – offer a convenient, space-saving way to travel with cables. With available telephone and Ethernet patch cables. Currently available individually or in a two-pack, the APC Retractable Cables carry estimated resale prices of £8.99, £4.99 and £4.99, respectively.
These new accessories can work independently or in conjunction with APC’s line of Mobile Accessories and Power Ready Notebook Cases.
