LINDY has launched its new 3 Port FireWire 800 Repeater Hub that allows users to connect two FireWire peripherals to a computer at distances of up to 4.5m.
Suitable for both PC and Mac users that wish to extend or expand their FireWire interface, LINDY’s 3 Port FireWire 800 Repeater Hub supports speeds of up to 800Mbps when connected between a dedicated FireWire 800 port on a computer and a FireWire 800 device.

Built-in active repeater circuitry allows FireWire connection distances to be extended by up to 4.5m. The hub allows devices to be hot-plugged and hot-swapped and can be daisy chained with additional hubs to connect up to 63 devices.
