We got talking to Vodaphone today and they started getting excited about a product that they have released which offers broadband speeds in a USB stick.
At this point our ears pricked up a touch and by the sounds of it this could be a pretty cool piece of kit to own for any mobile Laptop users.
Essentially a Vodaphone sim goes into the back of the USB stick (a bit like an SD card) and then you simply plug this in and away you go.
Useful if Wi-Fi is not available and even more useful are the various contracts that Vodaphone have got available.
Features in-brief
- The USB Modem stick is Vodafone’s smallest-ever.
- It means that you can enjoy high speed broadband wherever you have phone coverage.
- It gives broadband speeds of up to 7.2Mbps so music and videos can be downloaded wherever you are.
- It needs no set up, so can be plugged into any computer USB port, meaning anyone and everyone can use it.
Contracts
- Mobile Broadband 3GB - £15 a month (On 12/18/24m contracts)
- Mobile Broadband 30 Day (3GB) - £20 a month (On 30 Day contract)
- Mobile Broadband 5GB - £25 a month (On 12/18/24m contracts)
